TeamFlow Reel Miner is a browser extension used internally by GrowRev/TeamFlow team members to mine Instagram Reel captions for content research. It is not distributed to the public. This page describes what data the extension handles.
chrome.storage.local and
sent as a Bearer token on requests to TeamFlow.
The extension does not collect your name, email, address, location, browsing history, financial information, health information, personal messages, or your Instagram password. It does not log clicks, keystrokes, or mouse activity. It never reads or stores your Instagram credentials — it relies only on your browser's existing logged-in session.
The agent token and downloaded Reel video are sent only to TeamFlow's own
backend (this site). The video is
passed to Google Gemini for caption/transcript extraction and is not
stored on TeamFlow's server — it is streamed through and discarded after
extraction. Extracted captions are stored so they can be clustered and
reviewed inside TeamFlow by the internal team.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except the AI providers used to process it (Google Gemini for video/caption extraction, OpenAI for text embeddings used in clustering), solely to perform that processing.
